- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in database design and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in developing complex SQL models and procedures to support business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within SAP HANA systems.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP HANA with other enterprise applications and data sources.
- Skilled in applying best practices for data modeling, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
