Export Sales Executive – Australian Market

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and grow business operations in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for international sales coordination, client communication, export documentation, shipment management, and end-to-end logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop export sales operations for the Australian market.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of export sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with warehouse, cargo bay, container yard, and tarmac teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Manage export documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the shipment process.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor dispatch, loading and unloading, shipment movement, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end export and logistics process, from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments,



client communications, and sales activities.
- Resolve operational or shipment-related concerns through timely coordination with relevant teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum One year experience in export sales, international sales, or export operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling the Australian market.
- Knowledge of international trade and export documentation.
- Strong sales orientation with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
