We're Hiring: Banquet Sales Manager

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving banquet and event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate banquet and event sales.
- Manage client inquiries and venue tours.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth event execution.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Upsell banquet packages and services.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality sales.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or hotel management systems.
