Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Power BI Trainer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Corporate Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Power BI training sessions, developing training materials, mentoring learners, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer to trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft Power BI for students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Design and develop training content, presentations, exercises, assignments, and case studies.
- Train participants on Power BI concepts including:
- Power BI Desktop
- Data Modeling
- Power Query
- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Data Visualization
- Dashboard Development
- Report Publishing and Sharing
- Power BI Service
- Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical exercises.
- Assess trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs and curriculum.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.
- Support learners in project implementation and real-world use cases.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analysis,



and Reporting.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services is an added advantage.

Training & Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom and virtual training management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Robust mentoring and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stakeholder and learner management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in training, mentoring, or coaching candidates.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling batch sizes of 30–40 participants.
- Corporate training experience is highly desirable.
- Exposure to real-time BI projects and dashboard development.
- Experience in curriculum design and content creation.
