We are looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Purchase Assistant who can efficiently manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, documentation, and material follow-up to support smooth industrial operations.

Location: Navapura, Changodar
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Work Mode: Work From Office

✔ Purchase Order (PO) Handling
✔ GRN, Challan & Invoice Verification
✔ Inventory Planning & Material Coordination
✔ GST Billing & Basic Taxation Support
✔ Market Analysis & Rate Comparison
✔ Cost Control & Resource Optimization

REQUIRED SKILLS
Vendor Sourcing & Vendor Management
Negotiation & Cost Comparison
Documentation & Verification
GST & Taxation Knowledge




Market Research & Procurement Process
MS Excel, ERP & Purchase Software Handling
Strong Follow-up & Coordination Skills
Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail

QUALIFICATION
✔ Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or Related Field
✔ Diploma / Certification in Supply Chain Management or Material Management Preferred
✔ Knowledge of GST Billing, Vendor Handling & Procurement Process Preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
✔ 2 to 3 Years of Procurement Experience in Mining, Construction, Marble, Granite, Stone, or Industrial Consumables Industry
✔ 1 to 2 Years of Purchase Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Industry Preferred
