Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of teaching or clinical experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions for nursing students.
- Guide students during clinical postings and laboratory training.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Support curriculum delivery and academic activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional events.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing concepts and clinical practices.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
