Job Description: Technical IT Recruiter (Walk-In-Interview) (10AM-5PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand technical requirements and source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the recruitment/ATS system.




- Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure availability and interview participation.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions against assigned requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing and submission targets.
- Stay updated on IT skills, technologies, and current recruitment trends.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Technical IT Recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Important Requirement

- Candidates must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
