Job Title: Medical Reviewer

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: Pacific Time Zone (US Hours)11pm-8 am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Reviewer to join our remote clinical research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, clinical documents, and study-related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires working during Pacific Time Zone hours to support US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review medical records, patient files, and clinical trial documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Evaluate adverse events, concomitant medications, and medical histories.

Ensure all reviewed documents comply with study protocols, GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Support quality assurance processes and maintain documentation standards.

Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, and regulatory teams.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and study information.

Prepare review summaries and reports as required.





Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related field.

Prior experience in clinical research, medical review, pharmacovigilance, or healthcare documentation preferred.

Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial processes.

Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfortable working Pacific Time Zone / night shift hours (India-based candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CRO, clinical trial sites, or research organizations.

Certification in clinical research is an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
