E-Commerce Executive

Experience - Min. 4 to 6 years in E-commerce

- Online inventory management (custody and records both)

- Coordinating photography, Product listing, Creating brand awareness, Online Catalogue

- Website management – website modifications, trouble shooing with developer, upgradation, online inventory monitoring and changes, etc.

- Couriering the product to customer, tracking the product and finally payment.

- Customer support and handling customer queries

- Routine messaging on WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook and Email (coordinating content, photos, videos, etc.)

- Increasing website traffic and visibility - SEO, Blog, YouTube, Google, etc.

- Working on adding customer data base (emails and mobile numbers)

Salary - 45K to 50k per month
