Job Summary

Infinity Infoway Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job portals.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
