We provide comprehensive wealth management solutions across Mutual Funds, Equities, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Loans, Financial Planning, and other investment products.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced qualified who can independently manage operations while leading a high-performing team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager with prior experience in a Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, Mutual Fund Distribution, or Capital Market organization.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, sound knowledge of financial products, and the ability to manage client servicing and internal teams efficiently.

This position is strictly for experienced professionals. Freshers or candidates without relevant industry experience should not apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Oversee end-to-end operational activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
- Manage account opening, KYC, compliance documentation, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, Brokers, Custodians, Banks, and other intermediaries.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and regulatory guidelines.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations and client servicing team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
- Build a culture of accountability and excellence.





Client Relationship Management

- Support Relationship Managers in delivering superior client experience.
- Resolve escalated client queries efficiently.
- Ensure timely execution of investment-related requests.
- Maintain high client satisfaction standards.

Financial Products & Capital Markets

The candidate should possess practical knowledge of:

- Mutual Funds/ SIF
- Smallcase
- Equity Markets
- SIP/STP/SWP
- Bonds & Fixed Income
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
- Insurance Products
- Financial Planning
- Capital Market operationsProcess & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and compliance professionals whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / NISM Certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Wealth Management
- Financial Advisory
- Mutual Fund Distribution
- Stock Broking
- Capital Markets
- Investment Advisory

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
