Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to manage the on-site execution of high-rise residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with various teams for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution work
- Ensure construction is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress updates
- Ensure proper manpower utilization at site
- Follow safety standards and site protocols
- Coordinate with project managers and consultants

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and high-rise construction




- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Positive site management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction standards and safety practices
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in high-rise residential buildings (G+5 or above)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle site pressure and deadlines
