We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL to join our Digital Products & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of working independently, and passionate about delivering high-quality BI solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports for enterprise reporting requirements
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
- Work closely with data engineering and business teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements
- Support data visualization initiatives across Digital Products & Analytics teams

Mandatory Skills

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting




- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Report & Dashboard Development
- Solid experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Development
- Strong SQL programming and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience in PySpark for ETL/Data Engineering activities
- Exposure to Data Engineering concepts and ETL pipelines
- Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain
- Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse environments is an advantage
