Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, products, and services required for our operations in Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support seamless coordination between the factory and internal teams while upholding JOSMO’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Source materials, products, and services as per project and factory requirements
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate closely with factory, design, and operations teams for procurement planning
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor details, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of materials at all times




- Ensure quality compliance of incoming materials and resolve discrepancies
- Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with accounts for timely payments

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in furniture, interiors, manufacturing and based in Goa.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of materials, sourcing, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
