Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and supporting cloud-based or packaged software applications.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
