Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
- Assist in GST compliance, TDS, invoice preparation, and tax-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and financial documents.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (jewellery industry experience is preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
