Qualification:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- Max 7 years of experience in CNC Plasma & Thermal Cutting industry OR experience in capital goods sales within engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs for consumables, spares, and parts across the machine life cycle.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and life cycle cost analyses for consumables and spares.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of consumables and service packages.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring timely support for consumables and spare parts.
- Provide technical guidance on correct usage, compatibility, and replacement intervals of consumables and spares.
- Troubleshoot issues related to consumables performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Suggest process improvements and upgrades to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of consumable usage, spare part sales, and customer feedback.
