How can you make an Impact ?

- The core responsibility of the incumbent will be to supervise functioning of all the facilities and ensure the proper working of Maintenance services across all projects at the location.
- Work with Corporate Office & Branch teams for implementation of SOPs to achieve alignment & quarterly audit compliances with relevant stakeholders.




- Written & oral communication skills are essential as regular communication to build & foster relationships with internal & external stake holders will be an integral part of the role ranging from Townhalls, Open Houses & additional interactions as per business requirements.
- P&L; ownership for services provided ranging from maintenance billing collections , preparation of annual budget for the location.
- The incumbent will be responsible for record keeping and maintaining the statistical data. He/ She shall also be responsible for employing the data to analyze and suggest cost control techniques.
- S/He will be the HR owner for a large team across projects at the location must ensure coaching & development along with understanding employee observations by way of regular one on one discussions or employee townhalls.
