Role Summary

As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives across business, product, operations, growth, and partnerships. What You'll Own

✅ Partner closely with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives across business, product, operations, and growth.

✅ Drive cross-functional projects by aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

✅ Build business dashboards, analytical models, and decision-making frameworks to support strategic planning.

✅ Lead special projects from ideation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.

✅ Support fundraising activities, investor communications, leadership presentations, and board preparation.

✅ Identify execution bottlenecks and implement scalable processes to improve organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do

✅ Business Strategy

Support strategic planning by conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.

✅ Cross-Functional Execution

Work closely with multiple business functions to drive alignment, remove execution challenges, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

✅ Business Analytics

Develop dashboards, business reports,



performance metrics, and operational insights to support data-driven decision-making.

✅ Special Projects

Own high-priority business initiatives from planning to execution while coordinating stakeholders across the organization.

✅ Leadership Support

Prepare executive presentations, investor materials, board reports, and business reviews while supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives.

✅ Operational Excellence

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance execution speed, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience

2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Business Operations, Product Strategy, or high-growth startup environments.

Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business initiatives.

Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic organizations.

✅ Business & Analytical Skills

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

Experience with financial modeling, business analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Ability to build executive presentations and business frameworks.





Strong understanding of business metrics, operational planning, and growth strategies.

✅ Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

✅ Industry Knowledge

Experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketplace, or high-growth startup ecosystems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or strategic business roles.

✅ Experience working in early-stage startups or scaling businesses.

✅ Understanding of SaaS business models, financial planning, and growth strategy.
