Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing ERP solutions, understanding client business processes, configuring modules, conducting user training, and ensuring successful project delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Configure and implement ERP modules based on client needs.
- Conduct software demonstrations, implementation, and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely go-live.
- Provide functional support during implementation and post-implementation.
- Prepare project documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and implementation reports.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
- Perform testing (UAT) and validate system functionality before deployment.
- Ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), MBA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Functional Consulting, or Software Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong technical aptitude may also apply.

- Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
- Quick learner with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client implementation and training, if required.
- Team player with excellent time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
