We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our real estate projects in NCR (Ghaziabad location).
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Generate leads and convert prospects into bookings
- Handle site visits and client meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
- Ensure timely closures and revenue generation
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of sales closures
- Positive knowledge of NCR real estate market
- Ability to handle team and work under targets
- Presentable and professional personality
- Location: NCR – Sidharth Vihar, Ghaziabad
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
