Shift timings: 24*7 (6 am – 3 pm) (3 pm – 12 am) (10 pm – 7 am) (9 hours shift) (5 days working)
(Week Offs and Shift timings will be rotational as per business requirement)

Key Responsibilities:





- Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
- Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
- Efficiently handle customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
- Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team
- Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators, and transcribers
- Handle client inquires via Emails, calls, and chats to provide an appropriate solution, thereby increasing business
