Sales & Design Consultant - Job Description

General Goals

- Proactively identify and reach out to interior designers and architects through cold calls, networking, and referrals to build a robust external pipeline. Convert architect interactions into qualified leads and successfully drive closures through collaboration and consistent engagement.
- Deliver a warm, unique, and memorable shopping experience aligned with BoConcept’s Danish design philosophy.
- Increase sales by offering complete interior solutions, not just individual products.
- Support a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Architect Outreach: Reviewed monthly by the Store Manager
- Sales targets: Reviewed monthly by the Store Manager
- Customer experience: Measured through Google Reviews

Capabilities

· Have to be a born leader with great communication skills

· Enthusiastic to learn and explore new things

· Needs to be result-oriented with an entrepreneurial bent of mind

· Always willing to think out of the box and face challenges head-on





· Have worked in sales for a luxury or premium brand

Qualifications

· Graduate or postgraduate in Sales and Marketing from a reputed university.

· 2-3 years of work experience in client service-oriented jobs.

· Proficient in written and spoken English and Regional Language.
