Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, compliance, and reporting for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of real estate accounting, project costing, and taxation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Accounting

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Oversee project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and handle petty cash transactions.

2. Project Costing & Budgeting

- Track construction project costs, material procurement, and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, identifying variances and cost overruns.
- Work closely with project managers and procurement teams for financial planning.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) financial regulations.
- Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.




- Assist in financial due diligence for land acquisitions and project funding.

4. Payroll & Vendor Management

- Process payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC), and labor compliance.
- Maintain contracts and payments for contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Verify and reconcile construction material bills and work orders.

5. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Generate financial reports and project-wise profitability analysis.
- Prepare cash flow projections and fund utilization reports.
- Assist in loan documentation and liaise with banks for project financing.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). A CA-Inter, ICWA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in real estate or construction.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of real estate taxation (GST, TDS, RERA compliance).
- Experience in project-based accounting and cost management.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
