About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and ambitious Sales Interns who are eager to build a successful career in B2B sales. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, client communication, sales strategy, and closing enterprise deals.

Successful interns who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets will be considered for a full-time Sales Executive position.

Full-Time Opportunity

Top-performing interns will receive a full time employment offer with an annual CTC ranging from ₹10 LPA to ₹15 LPA, based on individual performance, assessment results, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.




- Learn consultative selling techniques and enterprise sales processes.
- Meet weekly activity and performance targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate prospect data.

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, and technology.
