Roles & Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to oversee thestrategy, governance, and execution of master data processes within the SAP ecosystem. This roleinvolves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, andcompliance, enabling efficient business operations.Key Responsibilities• A unique opportunity, combining a high-end SAP landscape and very dynamic business areasis waiting for you.• You are responsible for the management and optimization of our SAP Master Data processesacross the organization.• You bring SQL skills to own and improve our internal master data tool for quality checks.• You work close together with the Process Owners to optimize the existing Data Governancestrategy to ensure data accuracy, completeness, stewardship, consistency and accountability• Manage and guide the SAP Master Data team to be recognized as a business partner promotingefficiency and enable profitable business growth• Demonstrate ownership of data integration, maintenance,



the workflow of the data as well asdata quality• Drive the IT system enhancements and new technologies to automate and improve efficiencyof Master Data / Data Governance processes• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Master Data Management,continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovations

Requirements

What are we looking for• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 8 years of experience in SAP Master DataManagement, with a proven track record of successfully leading MDM initiatives.• Strong knowledge and technical expertise of SAP Master Data Management tools, processes,and data governance principles.• Ability to drive the SAP master data system enhancements and improvements based on latesttechnologies to automate and improve efficiency of master data / data governance processes.• Excellent technical SQL skills to maintain and improve our internal data quality tool.• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring a master data team.• Ability to define project plans, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful deliveryof master data solutions.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, understand complex data models and businessprocesses and have the ability to develop creative solutions.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships andinfluence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Manufacturing industry process know-how will be an advantage.
