Teemage Precast is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, collecting and verifying field data, setting out project layouts, and supporting the successful execution of precast construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and construction site surveys using surveying equipment.
- Perform site layout, setting out, and level checks as per project drawings.
- Collect, record, and verify survey data with accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project teams to ensure correct project alignment and levels.
- Prepare survey reports, sketches, and documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and verify dimensions and elevations.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in civil surveying (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Good understanding of survey methods, construction drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
- Solid attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
