About the Role

International DPS is seeking an experienced, visionary, and agile Principal to lead our school towards academic excellence, holistic student development, and strong community engagement. The Principal will be responsible for overall school management, curriculum implementation, faculty supervision, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Ensure the highest academic and administrative standards.
- Develop and implement school policies, vision, and mission effectively.
- Lead teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to educational regulations and affiliation requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.




- Monitor and enhance teaching methodologies for improved student outcomes.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
- Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a team of educators.
