Position: Plant Head

Location: [Faridabad, Haryana]

Experience: 10–15 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile / Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead overall plant operations and ensure smooth production, quality, safety, maintenance, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in handling manufacturing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.

Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline and budget.

Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.

Monitor plant performance, machine utilization, and manpower planning.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with supply chain, purchase, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Lead and motivate plant teams for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Handle audits, customer requirements,



and quality control systems.

Maintain inventory control and optimize resource utilization.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant management.

Excellent leadership and team handling abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Systems.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field.

MBA in Operations will be an added advantage.
