We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer for a dedicated Coordinator role to bridge the gap between design, site execution, and project management. You will streamline communication, track progress, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

Project Liaison: Connect site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Coordinate Teams: Act as the primary link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site management.

Manage Documentation: Control project drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily progress reports. Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and approvals.

Track Schedules: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to prevent delays.

Material Procurement: Coordinate material requisitions, approvals, and timely delivery to the site.

Quality & Safety:



Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings, technical specs, and safety codes.

Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project costs, billing verification, and quantity surveys.

Resource Syncing: Coordinate material deliveries and labour allocation

Progress Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status updates.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience: 3+ years in civil construction and project coordination.

· Skills: Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD.

· Traits: Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
