We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Study Abroad to lead and mentor our counseling team in Calicut. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Study Abroad Counselors.
- Monitor daily admissions, applications, and conversion targets.
- Coach counselors to improve student conversion and performance.
- Handle student and parent escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely application processing and coordination with documentation and visa teams.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Support seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and marketing activities.
- Drive team productivity while maintaining excellent student service.
- Directly counsel students and convert admissions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.




- Experience in leading or mentoring a counseling team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions, university applications, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve team targets in a fast-paced setting.
