Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Lab Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, handling equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results while maintaining strict laboratory standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens
- Perform laboratory tests following standard operating procedures
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
- Accurately record and document test results
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all samples
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and infection control protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workplace
- Assist senior technicians and doctors during diagnostic procedures
- Ensure timely reporting of test results to relevant departments
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital.
