About the Role

Digitaleasy is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, coordinating influencer collaborations, handling community interactions, and confidently presenting on camera for tutorials and short-form videos. This role requires a solid understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create or coordinate creatives for posts, stories, short videos, and other social media assets.
- Present confidently on camera for tutorials, reels, and short-form content while assisting with scripting and shoot coordination.
- Identify, communicate with, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
- Track social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions,



and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience queries.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in on-camera presentation and anchoring.
- Basic design knowledge using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with short-video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations or creator partnerships.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting using platform insights and Google Sheets.
- Creative thinking with strong awareness of current social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating educational or tutorial-based content.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Tamil

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
