As a Front Desk Executive at Shoolin Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and providing unparalleled customer service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
