Job Description

Hands on Skills: Technical

- Experience in various work holding devices like Design of BIW Spot welding fixtures, Design of Assembly fixtures, robotic Grippers, transfer tables, gripper stands, Inspection Fixtures and checking fixtures.
- Experience on Manufacturing automation, Digital Manufacturing, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment use and selection in design.
- Experience in Tool Validation, Static FEA, Design for manufacturing, smart manufacturing.
- Experience in Material handling systems, Trolley, cart, stocking racks design.
- Worked on Ergonomic study, Time and Motion study using BMOST technique, Rula Analysis for operator fatigue.
- Experience in productivity improvement, throughput analysis, line bottleneck analysis, line balancing, VA/NVA identification, Line balancing, Plant layout area optimization, Productivity Improvement solution implementation in industrial production plants.
- Experience in creation of Assembly Work instructions, Sequence of Process(SOP),
- RFQ (Request for Quotation) preparation, Work content estimation, Change management
- Known to different Manufacturing processes - Metal cutting, joining, post weld machining, drilling, tapping and similar manufacturing processes and tools
- Hands on Mechanical CAD software tools like CATIA V5, Solid Works, CREO 2.0, AutoCAD, Solid Edge
- Responsible for final quality checks and deliverables.
- Hands on internal quality audits.




- Assignments from North American, European, and Indian Clients from different standards like, ISO, NAAMS, ASME; handled with utmost responsibility, met the design standards, and achieved customer expectations.
- Independent Offshore/Onsite project execution & management.
- Providing pre-sales support - developing demos of existing projects for current customers

Project Management Skills: People Management

- Project management on BIW Domain (Automotive) welding Tools Design and OHP (Off Highway Products) Domain welding Tools Design Projects
- Responsible for account revenue, customer/vendor facing, Delivery plan management
- Co-ordination with onsite/offshore engineers, customer & vendors for project progress, design reviews, follow-ups.
- Contribution extensively to business growth by providing support to the business development group in design and manufacturing support, project estimation, and requirement analysis and client interaction.
- Involved in Hiring new talent and lateral hiring to meet business growth.
- Good Business communication skills, team building experience and had guided many team-mates.
- Hands on Project management tools like, Project Schedule and Monitoring Reports, Gantt charts, delivery schedule, Risk Identification and mitigation plan, Change Management Plan.
