About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team at the Leonardo Office, Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, resolving software-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user support. The IT Support Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance, maintain technical documentation, and conduct user training to enhance software adoption and productivity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with software installation,



configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

- 1. Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- 2. Diagnose and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- 3. Document support interactions and track issues in a ticketing system.
- 4. Assist with software installation and configuration for users.
- 5. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- 6. Collaborate with development teams to enhance software functionality based on user feedback.
- 7. Provide training sessions for users to maximize software utilization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
