We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our RMC Plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, vendor management, and MIS reporting. Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or RMC industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and journal entries.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Handle petty cash and monitor daily cash transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the plant team for material inward, dispatch, and billing-related accounting.
- Support GST compliance,
including invoice verification and data preparation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Head Office for accounting and audit-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a plant setting.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in RMC, Manufacturing, Construction, or Infrastructure industry.
- Candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Noida or nearby locations.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
