Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Assistant Manager – Motion Graphics to drive visual storytelling and video content creation across digital platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video production, with prior exposure to the broking / fintech industry and an understanding of financial products and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics, animation videos, explainers, and campaign creatives for digital platforms.

Develop video content for product launches, brand campaigns, investor education, and performance marketing.

Translate financial concepts into clear and visually compelling communication.

Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and business teams for campaign execution.





Manage end-to-end video production—from concept, storyboard, editing, animation, to final delivery.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and delivery timelines.

3–4 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics / Video Design / Creative Production.

Prior experience in broking, fintech, stock market, wealth management, or financial services preferred.

Proficiency in:

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of animation principles, editing, typography, and digital content formats.

Robust communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
