Role Summary

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and smooth operation of all building systems, guest areas, and service equipment. The role ensures preventive maintenance, quick breakdown response, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety standards to support uninterrupted Hospitality Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet spaces, back-of-house areas, and service zones.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers for repairs, servicing, and installations.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, chillers, compressors, pumps, water systems, AC units, and other critical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Respond quickly to maintenance complaints from operations teams and minimize downtime.
- Support renovation, repair, and current installation work as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory norms,



and workplace hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Track utility usage and assist in cost-control measures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and perform basic repairs.
- Vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Good coordination and communication with internal departments.
- Familiarity with safety practices and maintenance documentation.
- Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, or related field.
- Additional technical certifications are an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Pub, Brewery, commercial buildings, or similar operations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
