Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operational activities across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, partners, and the internal team.
- Assist in vendor and partner onboarding — collecting documentation, verifying details, and ensuring listings are accurate and booking-ready on the platform.
- Conduct quality checks and audits on live listings, experiences, and vendor service standards to maintain platform credibility.
- Coordinate with the customer support and technology teams to resolve booking issues, vendor escalations, and on-ground operational gaps.
- Help track and report key operational metrics (bookings, vendor performance, city-wise activity) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support city expansion activities, including on-ground research, vendor scouting, and mapping new experience categories.
- Assist in building and refining SOPs, checklists, and operational workflows as Awestruck scales into current cities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams for on-ground activations, events, and vendor engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree (Business, Management, Operations, or related field preferred).




- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable with on-ground work and willing to travel locally across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai as required.
- Good communication skills — able to coordinate confidently with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting.
- Prior internship experience in operations, business development, or startups is a plus, but not mandatory.
