- Data Calling & Prospect Generation: Call assigned databases, identify potential learners, and generate qualified prospects.
- Lead Counselling & Conversion: Understand student requirements, explain course offerings, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Follow-up Management: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- CRM & Data Management: Update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, admissions, and revenue while ensuring a positive customer experience.
