Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for commercial and residential interior projects.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms. Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Project teams for timely procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules. Monitor procurement budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor database. Track vendor performance and ensure quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement procurement processes and SOPs. Lead and mentor the procurement team while driving continuous improvements.
- Requirements 8+ years of procurement experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors,



fit-outs, or construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience in handling procurement teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
