Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to oversee branch operations, drive admissions, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of counselors and sales executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
- Monitor revenue, manage budgets, and control expenses
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Prepare and present regular performance reports

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, admissions, or business development (education industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
