Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Zoho applications.
- Create custom functions, workflows, Blueprints, approvals, and scheduled tasks using Deluge scripting.
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Recruit.
- Build integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.
- Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Design custom modules, reports, dashboards, and forms.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Zoho development and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and Zoho Recruit.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks,



OAuth 2.0, and API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Creator Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience integrating Zoho with ERP, HRMS, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, or other enterprise applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
