Job Profile
This is a unique and challenging opportunity to work in digital trucking environment and drive sales growth by adding shippers to our digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a solid relationship with shippers and advising them on issues related to the market & offering solutions for the same.
Acquiring SME & MME customers by penetrating into the markets as well as churning customers from competitors.
Ensuring timely collections from Shippers.
Desired Candidates:
Graduate with total experience of 1-2 years sales
Having a prior experience in startup is preferred.
Proven negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
Self starter, relentless hard worker to achieve targets, not afraid of rejections/cold calls
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Should have own conveyance for local transport
