Job Title: Production Planning & Coordination Executive

Age Limit: 23 – 30 years
Experience: 2 – 3 years (Furniture industry experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Coordination Executive to manage end-to-end production processes. The candidate will be responsible for planning,coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project requirements and coordinate with sales and production teams.
- Plan, supervise, and control production activities efficiently.
- Ensure proper issuance and tracking of materials.
- Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to production schedules• Handle manpower and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records using Excel.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience in furniture production will be an added advantage
Key Skills:
- Production planning and coordination.
- Manpower handling and team supervision.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
