About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive – Cold Calling who can proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and passionate about sales in the IT and digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (domestic & international markets)
- Pitch IT services such as Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and update CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the technical and sales team for closing deals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
- Robust sales, negotiation, and closing skills




- Ability to confidently handle cold calls and objections
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
- Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in IT sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Experience with international clients (US, UK, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
