Brainware University is looking for professionals for the position of Dean to the School of Management and Commerce

Minimum Requirements:

- Ph.D. in management
- At least 1 PhD awarded scholar
- Over 12-15 peer reviewed indexed journals
- API score must be above 110

Responsibility:

While we have competent Heads of Departments for each of the departments mentioned above, we are looking for academicians who will be able to perform the following functions:-

- To bring significant improvements in curriculum in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) and as per the demand of the industry

- To be actively involved in the recruitment of senior academicians and professionals from universities and corporations respectively

- To arrange State, Centre, and Industry-funded research projects

- To develop national and international collaborations with Universities and Corporations

- To arrange national and international seminars, workshops, conferences, and invited talks of speakers of repute

- To have adequate experience in handling the NAAC/IQAC accreditation process

- To cater to the academic administrative aspects of the department and overall improvement of the department
