Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute academic, promotional, and student engagement events. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events while ensuring a seamless experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, webinars, bootcamps, and campus events.
- Coordinate student engagement activities and competitions.
- Organize guest lectures, industry sessions, and career events.
- Liaise with speakers, vendors, colleges, and event partners.
- Coordinate venue arrangements, logistics, and event schedules.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events through digital and offline channels.
- Manage event registrations and participant communication.
- Prepare event budgets, reports, and post-event feedback.




- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion.
- Support branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or event management.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive approach to organizing events.
- Ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
