We are looking for ITI Fitter (Mechanical) for factory at Dighi near to Alandi Bhosari Road Preference to those who are Fabrication.

Position: Mechanical Fitter (ITI/Diploma)
Experience: 1–2 Years

Essential Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma – Fitter (Mechanical)

Desired Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, automotive, precision engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in drilling, tapping, riveting, Helicoil insertion, and assembly of sheet metal structures and components.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, drilling, tapping, and reaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sheet metal operations including cutting, bending, forming, punching, riveting, and mechanical assembly.
- Carry out drilling, tapping, threading, and Helicoil insertion activities.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, drilling machines, tapping tools, and insertion tools safely and efficiently.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges for inspection and verification.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documents.
- Support the Design Team during First Article Inspection (FAI),



review drawings, and validate component compliance with engineering specifications.
- Participate in vendor visits for component inspection, process verification, and quality assessment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and assembly-related issues.
- Follow GD&T; principles, quality control procedures, and inspection standards.
